Site & Utility, LLC delivered the full site package for PruittHealth’s new skilled nursing and rehabilitation center on a 12-acre parcel — clearing and grading, stormwater infrastructure, underground utilities including a sanitary lift station, and all paving and site concrete. The scope also included right-of-way improvements built to FDOT standards at the site frontage.
The 120-bed center offers exclusively private rooms and includes 24 concierge suites with private dining areas and a separate sitting lounge, part of family-owned PruittHealth’s continued expansion into Florida. It opened in 2024.
