Site & Utility, LLC delivered the full site package for Navy Federal Credit Union’s recreation complex adjacent to its Heritage Oaks campus — clearing and mass grading, underground utilities, paving, site concrete, athletic fields, and all associated site work.
The facility features walking trails, recreation fields, a basketball court, volleyball court, yoga space, a pavilion, open green space and additional campus parking. Escambia County sold the land to Navy Federal as part of a partnership tied to regional job growth, and the completed park is open to the public during operating hours — a corporate amenity that doubles as community recreation.
