Site & Utility, LLC delivered the site package for Jim ‘N Nick’s Community Bar-B-Q at 7011 North Davis Highway — an outparcel to University Town Plaza with over 390 linear feet of frontage on a corridor carrying 42,500 vehicles per day. The new-construction restaurant includes a double drive-through.
The location opened in July 2024, operating a quick-casual format and marking the brand’s second Florida restaurant.
