A 64,000 SF grocery-anchored development with 12 tenant spaces at the corner of Blue Angel Parkway and Highway 98, on a signalized intersection carrying nearly 30,000 vehicles per day — one of the only new grocery-anchored projects built in Pensacola in recent years.
Site & Utility, LLC delivered the full site package on a raw 45-acre parcel. Heavy dirt work brought the site to grade and preloaded the building pad ahead of vertical construction. Three wet ponds were constructed for stormwater management, and utility installation required dewatering throughout. Work at the highway frontage was performed to FDOT standards — turn lanes, signalization, paving and driveway aprons — alongside all onsite paving, site concrete and associated site work. The store opened in March 2025.
