- Milling & resurfacing
- Site concrete & restoration
- Complete site work
Site & Utility, LLC replaced aging stormwater infrastructure and resurfaced 9th Avenue for the City of Pensacola. The existing system was decades old and in significant disrepair, and the roadway sagged through a flood-prone residential stretch — so the work included raising the roadway grade to stop water from pooling in the neighborhood.
The project is part of roughly $50 million in ongoing City resiliency work aimed at moving stormwater off streets faster, in a community where NOAA projects six inches of sea level rise over the next 20 years.
