Site & Utility, LLC delivered the full site package for the Escambia County Tax Collector’s new Brentwood office on North Palafox Street — a 4.15-acre site including stormwater infrastructure, underground utilities, drive-through service lanes, sidewalks, paving and all associated site work.
The facility opened in November 2024, replacing the former Marcus Pointe location with modernized facilities designed to improve efficiency and customer experience.
