Site & Utility, LLC delivered the site package for Florida Power & Light’s 30-acre laydown yard in Milton — mass grading across the full parcel, a stormwater system with retention ponds sized for the site’s large impervious area, and all paving and site work. The facility supports FPL’s power delivery operations across Northwest Florida, staging materials and equipment for distribution and transmission work.
