Site & Utility, LLC delivered the site development package for Grand Navarre, a residential community on Navarre Beach — a barrier island site where the ground conditions drove the job. Sugar-white beach sand offers almost no cohesion to work with, and a shallow water table meant continuous dewatering to install utilities at depth. Both demanded methods that a typical inland subdivision never requires.
The community fronts 458 feet of Santa Rosa Sound shoreline, bordered by 80 acres of county park land and eight miles of protected Gulf Islands National Seashore, with a private beach, community pool, dock with boat slips, and underground utilities throughout.
