Site & Utility, LLC delivered the site development package for Phases 2 and 3 of Iron Rock, working for SVN Development. Phase 2 platted 62 single-family lots on Mount Laurel Trail with access onto West Kingsfield Road. Scope across both phases covered clearing and grading, stormwater infrastructure, sanitary sewer and water distribution, roadway construction and all associated site work — delivering finished, buildable lots to homebuilder DSLD Homes.
Iron Rock is a private, gated community with oversized lots and amenities including a swimming pool, covered clubhouse and bathhouse, playground, two dog parks, nature trails, community garden, and a basketball and pickleball court.
