Site & Utility, LLC delivered the site package for My Pensacola Credit Union’s new branch, built on a previously undeveloped lot between U.S. Highway 29 (Pensacola Boulevard) and Old Palafox Highway. Work included selective demolition, extensive excavation and grading, import and placement of fill, a full underground utility package covering water, sewer, storm drainage and electrical, a stormwater retention pond, asphalt paving for drive lanes and parking, and concrete sidewalks.
The branch sits at 10330 Pensacola Boulevard just south of East Ten Mile Road and serves members through both a lobby and drive-thru. It opened in March 2025. Joy Gordon Construction was the general contractor, with Sam Marshall Architects.
