Site & Utility, LLC was formed in Pensacola, Florida in 2014 to provide high quality, value minded, full range of site and utility services. We have a staff of competent professionals that can handle your project from start to finish.

We provide clients with several services, including complete site work excavation, installation of water, sewer, fire and storm lines. Site & Utility, LLC has a highly skilled, professional staff and an arsenal of modern construction equipment for every project, no matter the size or scope.

Site & Utility, LLC utilizes Komatsu Intelligent Machine Control (IMC) and Topcon GPS systems. This technology  is integrated into our equipment and allows for more efficient production and quality control. The technology allows us to work smarter and more efficiently.

We strive to maintain the safest job sites in the industry by building safety awareness into every part of our business Our Site & Utility, LLC family and  everyone who works on our sites daily are part of our vision to have:

Field personnel receives safety training in various areas of OSHA 1910 and 1926 Construction Industry Standards on a regular basis, as well as weekly field safety meetings on all job sites.

Team

Allan Bell – President

Over 25 years of experience in construction and real estate development. He began his career working as a project manager for a development firm He has a proven track record of starting and managing  businesses and multi-million dollar construction projects. He is a licensed General Contractor in the State of Florida. As a founding member of the company, Mr. Bell oversees the business development, corporate finances, oversees the estimating and project managers and the day to day operations. Mr. Bell studied at the University of West Florida and received a degree in Business Administration. In 2012, He was received Governor Rick Scott award as a Governor’ Florida Innovators Under 40. Mr. Bell has been the founding member of several successful businesses in the construction and real estate development industry.

Bobby Godfrey – Vice President

Mr. Godfrey has been active in the civil contracting business for over 28 years. Prior to starting Site & Utility, Mr. Godfrey was employed with Panhandle Grading & Paving and served as their head estimator and project manager. Prior to being with Panhandle, Mr. Godfrey worked for Roads, Inc and served as their head estimator and project manager. Mr. Godfrey holds a State of Florida Underground Utility contractor’s license. Mr. Godfrey has built dozens of subdivisions in the greater Pensacola area and has worked on some of the largest civil projects in the area including the Interstate 10 and Scenic Highway interchange project. Mr. Godfrey is involved with estimating and project management.

Gary Criswell – Superintendent

Gary has 20 years of experience in utility and site work. He oversees the daily operations of the various crews and jobs. He manages the production schedules, job coordination details and field work of subcontractors.

Craig Helms – Estimator

Mr. Helms has over 40 years of estimating and project management experience. He serves as an Estimator and oversees pre-construction estimating and budgeting.
